To ensure this, all service call requests MUST be submitted using our Service Request Form below.

Please complete the form in full and email it to enquiries@aasydney.com.au to request service.

Charges will only apply if the issue is not covered by the Architectural Aluminium Warranty. Unfortunately, we cannot determine this until a technician visits the site.

If you did not purchase directly from us, please first confirm the issue with your builder or contractor who placed the order.

Additionally, please send us photographs of the problem to help us diagnose and potentially resolve the issue before our visit.
