Service Request
We strive to provide an efficient service based on clear communication regarding any issues. On this basis, it is our strict company policy that all requests for service calls MUST be submitted on the below Service Request Form. Please complete all areas of the form and return to enquiries@aasydney.com.au if you wish to request a service. Please note that you will only be charged if the cause of the issue is something that is NOT covered in the Architectural Aluminium Warranty. Unfortunately we are unable to clearly determine this until a serviceman attends site. If you did not purchase directly from us, we ask that you confirm any issue first, with your builder or contractor that placed the order with us. We also ask that you send us through photographs of the problem to help us better diagnose the issue and try to determine a solution before attending site
